Monarch ACO is an automated checkout service designed to help members purchase Pokemon TCG products from supported retailers. We do not guarantee successful checkouts, as availability depends on retailer inventory and other factors beyond our control.

3. Membership & Billing

Membership to Monarch ACO is billed monthly at the current rate. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate billing and shipping information.
You agree not to share your membership access with others.
You are responsible for all purchases made through the Service using your account.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: resell or share your membership access, attempt to reverse engineer the Service, use the Service for any illegal purposes, or violate any retailer's terms of service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee successful checkouts or product availability. Results may vary based on factors including but not limited to retailer inventory, demand, and technical conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Monarch ACO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
